Selection by Microsoft to Accelerate Axeda’s Product Innovation.
Axeda, the leading provider of cloud-based services for building and deploying Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, announced today that the company has entered into a strategic customer relationship with Microsoft.
The agreement builds on Microsoft’s devices and services strategy, which focuses on translating machine data into new insights that can be used to grow, expand and streamline operations, and improve business processes. Axeda’s support will include facilitating the connectivity, two-way secure communications, and machine data streaming from industry devices across multiple Windows Embedded-based platforms.
