ThingWorx™ today announced that Camgian Microsystems, a leading provider of advanced sensing technologies and solutions in the areas of low-power microelectronics, sensors, wireless communications, and data analysis for the government and industrial sectors, has chosen the ThingWorx platform to enable its latest innovation, Quantus™, a next-generation Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Internet of Things (IoT) wireless networking platform. Quantus supports the deployment of intelligent mobile sensing solutions that enable organizations to more effectively manage remote industrial assets and improve operational efficiency.

Camgian will utilize the ThingWorx platform to power the Quantus end-to-end enterprise M2M platform, providing organizations with a real-time, unified view of diverse operations of interest. The Quantus platform utilizes an integrated, flexible architecture of low-power sensors, wireless communications, and secure, cloud-based analytics and reporting to offer a complete solution to its customers.
