Automakers provide more control and insight to drivers with Autonet Mobile’s suite of services and features powered by AT&T’s 4G LTE Network.
AT&T and Autonet Mobile will make connected cars smarter and give car owners an added level of control. AT&T 4G LTE wirelessconnectivity will power Autonet integrated connected car services they provide to car makers, the companies said today.
Drivers use Autonet Mobile’s integrated telematics solution to control their connected cars remotely through an app on their smartphone. They can lock and unlock a vehicle remotely, manage teenage driving through parental controls, check car health reports to keep it in top shape, use in-car Wi-Fi and more. The benefits that Autonet Mobile offers to car makers are over-the-air updates and vehicle diagnostics. Autonet Mobile currently provides connected car services to Chrysler Fiat Automobiles, General Motors, Maserati, Subaru and other major auto brands.
