Billion Electric, the global M2M and 4G LTE wireless broadband CPE Taiwanese provider, signed an agreement with a major telecommunication company in Southeast Asia to deploy its outdoor 4G LTE CPE at remote geographical regions that are previously underserved.
The outdoor 4G LTE CPE deployment is planned to start in the 1st quarter of 2016 and continue through the year of 2016.
Billion Electric is working with the leading telecommunication company to deploy its robust LTE outdoor CPE, BiPAC4700ZU, for schools, hospitals, emergency medical stations, and police stations in rural areas. BiPAC4700ZU features VPN and optimal MIMO antenna per LTE band that can work for both LOS (Line of Sight) and NLOS (Non-Line of Sight) environments to maximize LTE wireless coverage. BiPAC4700ZU also highlights its industrial IP67 hardware which is completely water and dust resistant, and can withstand rainy, humid weathers with rapid temperature change between day and night (-40°C-60°C/-40°F-140°F).
Commenting on the high-speed connection and the expansion of 4G infrastructures, Benno Hong, Head of Field Application Engineers, said:
“BiPAC4700ZU is a compact, all-in-one outdoor LTE CPE capable of delivering an excellent transmission quality in the harshest, extremely challenging rural environments.”
“We are excited to triumph our competition by offering a high level of technical supports in the preliminary to the final router deployment and field testing phases.”
Billion Electric is in a close partnership with this telecommunication company to conclude a national-wide LTE deployment supporting the government project. At the same time, Billion Electric’s indoor 4G/LTE CPE – BiPAC4500, featuring VPN and VoIP is utilized by local SMBs and financial banks to provide enterprise networking connectivity.
