Leading IoT Location-based Services Provider Enhances Electronic Driver Logs App.
KORE, the people powering IoT innovations and opportunities, today announced a partnership between Position Logic and VisTracks, a leading developer of tablet and cloud-based application for electronic driver logs (ELD), hours of service, and vehicle inspections.
Position Logic’s location-based services will optimize “Hours of Service” management for fleet tracking solutions and businesses. Position Logic, a division of KORE, empowers businesses to create on-demand, branded, precision location-based solutions for business-to-business applications.
“Hours of Service” is a federal regulation pertaining to the hardware, software and rules related to monitoring and reporting driver behavior and vehicle conditions. VisTracks is only one of few companies certified by the U.S. Government for Hours of Service requirements. VisTracks services are fully integrated with tablets and vehicle hardware and share a common user interface.
