Company to focus on continued technology growth and global network partnerships.
Ingenu Inc.™, the company that delivers purpose-built IoT connectivity, today announced it is embarking on a plan to refine its strategic direction.
The company will be realigning its corporate structure to support ecosystem expansion and the growing IoT market opportunity. Key facets of the plan are as follows:
- Increased emphasis on ecosystem development to bring simple, turnkey solutions to the IoT (Internet of Things) market. This will include enhancement of the RPMA® (Random Phase Multiple Access) brand and focus on enabling and leveraging partners for success. This is essential as RPMA scales to many billions of connected devices.
- Evolving the management team with wireless technology veterans that possess the industry experience to position RPMA as the worldwide de-facto standard for IoT connectivity.
- Leveraging operator partnerships to deliver RPMA network connectivity across the globe.
To manage the company’s strategic refinement, the Ingenu board of directors has named chairman, Babak Razi, Managing Partner at Third Wave Ventures as interim chief executive officer, replacing John Horn, effective immediately. Ingenu has commenced an executive search for a permanent CEO replacement.
Razi said:
“Ingenu’s RPMA has been established as the industry’s disruptive connectivity solution, serving the massive IoT market opportunity. With renewed emphasis on its technology, the company and its RPMA ecosystem are well positioned to benefit from this growth.”
Currently, Ingenu has network deployments and technology licensees in over 30 countries around the world. Its ecosystem of RPMA technology partners provides solutions for an array of IoT applications including: utilities, oil and gas, smart city, smart agriculture, asset tracking, environmental monitoring and others.
