Cisco and Roxen are joining Swedish M2M Service Enablers (SMSE)

The Swedish M2M Service Enablers alliance welcomes internet and content management pioneer Roxen as new member.

Swedish M2M Service Enablers was founded in March 2012 to educate the market of the importance of M2M Service Enablement, to promote Sweden as the place to look for IoT solutions and to promote the members of the alliance in Sweden and abroad. With today’s expansion the SMSE alliance has 26 members.

SMSE is also announcing Cisco Systems as new Sponsor to SMSE. Magnus Melander, founder of SMSE says:

“Cisco is the company that built the internet and to now have them as sponsor of SMSE makes us proud. With Cisco’s participation we ensure that we do not just connect machines, we actually start to move towards the vision: Internet of Everything.”

“Building the Internet of Everything require partnerships across industries and I hope to see all leading ICT companies in Sweden follow Cisco’s example becoming sponsors of our alliance before summer.” continues Mr Melander.

The message promoted by SMSE is that Service Enablement is the key to a prospering Internet of Things industry and that Service Enablers need to be specialized in the increasingly competitive and international market.

The alliance has been involved in events in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf and Barcelona this year and is involved in Internet of Things events in Milan, Eindhoven, London, St Petersburg and Stockholm before summer. “We are constantly trying to find new marketing and sales opportunities for our members and by collaborating under the name of our alliance we save money and time, we’re easy to find and deal with and we enable and grow partnerships and friendship in the alliance”, says Mr Melander.

“At Internet of Everything for Real 2014 in Stockholm June 18 we hope to have all our members and sponsors participating to show the depth and breadth of what our alliance brings”, concludes Mr Melander.
