Cryptosoft to offer a data security extension in the ThingWorx market place for the Internet of Things

Cryptosoft integrates with the PTC ThingWorx® IoT platform to offer policy-driven authentication and encryption services.

Cryptosoft, the leader in policy driven device authentication and data encryption services for connected Internet of Things (IoT) and M2M ecosystems and a ThingWorx Ready™ partner announces the immediate release of the Cryptosoft Extension for ThingWorx, which is available immediately in the ThingWorx Marketplace.

The Cryptosoft Platform provides organizations with a robust and scalable, policy-based authentication and encryption solution that enables controlled access to sensitive data. As a result of the huge problem the industry currently faces with the loss of commercially sensitive or personally identifiable information, companies are facing growing pressure from both the regulators and their customers to maintain the security of their data.

“We are delighted to be able to deliver the Cryptosoft platform to the ThingWorx Marketplace,” said Darron Antill, CEO, Cryptosoft.

“Ensuring the security of confidential data is vital to the continued expansion of the Internet of Things. By integrating with the ThingWorx IoT platform, we can support a wide range of customer use cases within regulated and high value data driven industries.”

“Cryptosoft’s data-centric approach expands upon the robust security capabilities in the ThingWorx platform to allow organizations to meet additional encryption requirements without compromising their ability to deliver an agile, flexible solution to their end-users,” said Chris Kuntz, VP of Marketplace at ThingWorx, a PTC business.
